All pre registered visitors to receive a free lunch in a designated lunch area. Make your name the one visitors associate with this popular area. Sponsoring the Catering Area is a great opportunity that gets your name in front of visitors as they relax, have a drink or a bite to eat.

Information Exchange

Price £1,000
Education and information are the driving factors when visitors attend shows.
Package includes:
• Your company logo and message displayed on the holding screen between seminars
• Company branded signage in seminar theatre
• Incorporating your company name into seminar theatre name, e.g. Faversham House Seminar Theatre
• Logo on floorplan in show guide
• Opportunity to display company literature in the Seminar Theatre
• Seminar slot for a presentation on topic that needs to be agreed

Button / Banner on the Show Website

Price - Button £150 / Banner £250
Use the show website to advertise your company. Spaces are limited and subject to availability. Adverts will be displayed on the website until the end of October 2010 and can be static or animated. The banner or button can be linked to your company profile, or to your website.

Visitor Carrier Bags

Price £1,000 (includes production of paper bags)
On entry to the show every visitor will receive a bag containing the show guide and selected marketing material including yours and a limited number of other companies. One side of the bag can contain your company logo and short message. Let it be your name that people take home with them!

You Are Here Board

Price: £750
The first port of call for all visitors in the exhibition hall is the ‘you are here board' showing the floorplan for the whole exhibition.
Package includes:
• Stand prominently marked on ‘You Are Here' boards
• Your company logo will be added to the ‘You Are Here' boards
• Stand and company logo will be promoted on the floorplan in the show guide

Literature Racks

Price: £150 / rack
Display your literature other than on your stand. Positioned in a prominent place. This is a cost effective way to increase your presence at the show.

Inserts in Visitor Carrier Bags

Price: £300 / 1000
Place your sales brochure or give-away into the visitor bag, which will be available to all visitors. This sponsorship is limited to a total of three sponsors.

Inserts in Pre-Show Badge Mailing

Price: £poa
Include your product leaflet in the badge mailings. Sent to all pre-registered professionals, including your leaflet in the mailing will give you a head start and raise your profile at the show. This sponsorship opportunity is limited to one sponsor only and restrictions on weight and dimensions apply.
